Coral Bookmakers Deploys New Property Management Solution From Hexagon Software

Gala Coral, Europe’s pre-eminent integrated betting and gaming group, has awarded Hexagon Software a major contract to install LandMark 4, a new integrated Property Management solution.  It will be installed at Gala Coral’s datacentre located in Woking and will centralise the management of the Coral Bookmakers’ portfolio of nearly 2000 shops across the UK.

Hexagon’s LandMark 4 solution was selected after an extensive market review, which included detailed product demonstrations and workshop sessions.  According to Paul Bennett, Head of Estates for Coral Bookmakers:  “We were impressed by the responsive and flexible approach taken by Hexagon Software throughout the evaluation process.  It was clear that they had taken the time to really understand what we wanted to achieve and presented a solution that met our specific requirements.  In fact, LandMark 4 is one of the only systems available on the market today with the flexibility to handle property data from the point of view of tenants as well as agents and landlords.”

The new solution replaces Coral’s legacy property database and will centralise all property management workflow processes enabling up to date information to be readily accessed from any location.  With a simple and intuitive user interface, LandMark 4 supports Coral’s reporting structures with the flexibility to quickly and easily add custom fields such as the location of satellite dishes and onsite facilities at each location.

“LandMark 4 will give us instant access to accurate information to improve the strategic decision making process and deliver significant time savings and increase efficiency by eliminating the need for senior staff to compile reports.  It will also integrate with finance and provide an auditable, single point of reference showing the current status of our entire property portfolio at a glance,” concluded Paul Bennett.
